Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If a VIN was not provided upon ordering the customer will be responsible for the return shipping label and will be subject to a 5% restocking fee as we require a VIN to verify fitment.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 5% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • All special order parts are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please verify part accuracy before confirming order.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
  • Special orders may be canceled up until acknowledgement of extended eta is made. Once eta is accepted by the customer special orders can not be canceled.
  • If we do not receive a response after three contact attempts over three business days, the special order will be automatically canceled.

Warranty Policy

  • All Mopar OEM parts sold through our store is covered by the Mopar Manufacturer Warranty.
  • Mopar Manufacturer Warranty covers up to 12-months/12,000-miles, whichever comes first.
  • Coverage is for defects in material or workmanship only.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, parts used in racing or other extreme conditions, or customer modifications.
  • Claims must be processed through an authorized Mopar dealership. Hodge Wholesale Parts does not process warranty claims directly.
  • If your part is defective, please contact your nearest Mopar dealership's parts department to begin the warranty claim process.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase from Hodge Wholesale Parts and the Part number.
  • Cost of labor for installment is not covered under Mopar warranty unless repair is performed at a Mopar certified dealership.
  • While we strive to ensure that all parts are accurately described and high quality, Hodge Wholesale Parts is not liable for any issues resulting from part installation or incorrect part selection.
