Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-7 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 1-4 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately upon arrival.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 1-7 days.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. If your order is located at a warehouse it will be overnighted once we have retrieved the part(s).
Oversized shipments may incur additional charges. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Some parts are considered special order which do take longer to fill, typically 1-2 weeks additional to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. We will attempt to make contact by email and phone for all special order parts to inform customers of extended estimated delivery time.
In certain cases, a valid vehicle identification number (VIN) is required to fill special order parts to ensure part accuracy.
Special orders are not filled until acknowledgment of eta by the customer has been made in the form of email response or verbal agreement through phone call.
We will attempt to contact the customer for ETA acknowledgment or VIN verification as needed.
If we do not receive a response after three contact attempts over three business days, the special order will be automatically canceled.
We do not ship COD orders.
